Goods purchased are the buyers responsibility and Kia Ora Skincare takes no liability as to any side effects or other negative results pertaining to the use of any products.

We sell these products with the understanding that the purchaser has obtained sufficient professional advice or has done sufficient research to use these products safely. We are always available to offer advice when required.

Branding:

Kia Ora Skincare and all branding content is trademarked and may not be used by any third party or to be associated with any third party products under any circumstances.

Packaging:

Kia Ora Skincare makes sure that all products are regularly updated, but sometimes manufacturers may change the packaging of their products and occasionally these products may not appear on the site in the current revamped packaging.

Customs:

All products on this site are sold under New Zealand legislation and are all freely available in New Zealand.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all legal requirements pertaining to the purchase of products on this site are adhered to, and it is the buyers responsibility to check with customs in their country that the products they are purchasing are permitted to be imported.

Kia Ora Skincare will take no responsibility for goods that are intercepted by customs or other authorities in other countries and will not reimburse the purchaser for duty or goods that are not delivered for this reason.

Kia Ora Skincare will not be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered due to incorrect address supplied by the customer

Pricing and content:

Kia Ora Skincare takes every care with typography, but errors may occasionally occur either in pricing or content.

Kia Ora Skincare reserves the right to correct pricing that has been incorrectly applied, and to refuse to send products with this incorrect pricing. However, Kia Ora Skincare will contact the customer by email or phone to check whether the customer is happy to have goods sent at the corrected price.

Kia Ora Skincare is a NZ based website and all currency is based upon NZ Prices.

All Payments by PayPal are based on NZ currency. PayPal have their own currency conversion rates, which may be different to normal bank rates, so you may pay slightly more if paying by PayPal.
