Shipping policy

 

Orders will be processed as they are received. Under normal circumstances, please allow up to 2 days for processing.

Normal hours of business are Monday to Friday NZ time (Sunday - Thursday US time), so any orders sent from late Friday to Sunday NZ time will be delayed until Monday before they are shipped, due to the unavailability of our shipping contractors.

Australian Customers:

Delivery of parcels is via international airmail (With track and trace on orders up to 2kg). Deliveries have a 3 to 9 working days timeframe from pickup.

Orders weighing under 2Kg: Flat rate calculated at checkout.

For orders over 2Kg: No track and trace (International airmail) We will e-mail you a cost for freight.

As all of our orders are sent from New Zealand,Australian customers may be charged additional customs import duty if orders are over a specified dollar value , but all Australian GST is included in the order value.If in doubt please check with customs before you order

Other International Customers:

Delivery of parcels is via international airmail. Deliveries have a 6 to 10 working days timeframe from pickup.
